Have a good sleep

That’s right. As if mood swings aren’t enough, here comes insomnia: along with the changes our body goes through after we reach 40, a lot of women report sleeping problems and some very ladylike snoring.

While the total time we get to sleep usually doesn’t suffer, the quality of sleep does: sleep may be interrupted and this can definitely cause fatigue the next day.
