Production Method

This cava has been made using the strictest traditional method. Second fermentation in bottle and careful ageing in our cellars. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Tasting Note

Beautiful bright straw in colour with a fine mousse. Aromas of fresh soft lemon and lime citrus blossom and fruits. Fresh baked bread characters with an elegant and crisp aftertaste.
