ORIGINS ORGANIC HULLED MILLET
Packed with fibre and a good source of protein, our Organic Hulled Millet is produced by dehusking the whole millet grain. With a pleasantly mild, slightly sweet flavour, it is a delicious alternative to rice and porridge. Product of China, Packed in Singapore
Ingredients: Organic Hulled Millet

Preparation Method: Stovetop: Bring 2 cups water to boil in a small pot. Add millet and salt. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until tender, 20 minutes. Drain off any remaining water.
Slow Cooker: Place millet, 3 ½ cups water and salt into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 1 ½–2 ½ hours.
Multi-Cooker: Place millet, 1 ¾ cups water and salt in the pot of a multi-cooker. Set the valve to sealing. On manual setting and high pressure, set for 10 minutes. Natural release the pressure for 10 minutes, then serve.
