Shipping Delays During Covid-19

Due to social distancing measures put in place - some delays are to be expected during this period.  We will endeavor to fulfill your order within a maximum of 3 working days.  

Courier Services Delays

During this period, there is a possibility of the couriers being overloaded and may take longer than usual for delivery.   Please refer to the tracking number provided to check the status of your deliveries. 

Normal Mail (Singpost)

During this period, all shipping will be done via couriers, and all Normal Mail will be discontinued.  This ensures that every order has a tracking number.
