Working out late at night? In our 40s, late night training can cause difficulties in falling asleep or sleeping.

Generally, physical activity promotes deep sleep, but an intense workout too close to bedtime can make you too alert. Our tip: try finding an activity you can finish at least three hours before bedtime.
