Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, standard delivery within Singapore takes 2–3 business days.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery status at any time.

We work with trusted courier partners across Singapore, including Ninja Van and J&T Express, to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The courier used may vary depending on your location and order size, optimised for the fastest delivery to you.
Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout — incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges for re-delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will typically attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection.
Order Tracking
