Suggested use

Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), softgel capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, carob), sunflower lecithin and beeswax.

MCT oil from coconut/palm kernel oil.
